The Vruksha Professional Development Centre (PDC) is our in-house institute for teacher growth. We believe the best schools invest as much in their faculty as in their students — and the PDC is proof of that belief.
Every faculty member completes a minimum of 40 hours of structured professional development each academic year.
Regular structured classroom observation and feedback sessions between faculty members across departments.

Faculty are encouraged and supported to conduct classroom research and publish in peer-reviewed education journals.
